“Freedom From It All” is a Christian based, psychoeducational group that focuses on educating participants about Relapse Prevention.  The goal of our group is to provide information, coping strategies, and support to help those struggling with chronic return to unhealthy, toxic behavior and lifestyle choices.  Our mission is to help individuals better understand and manage their unhealthy behavior and empower them to make better choices. 

What We Offer

  • Freedom From it All will provide participants with knowledge about the disease model of addiction, triggers and the spiritual implications. 

  • Participants learn practical skills to manage their challenges, such as emotional regulation, healthy coping skills, healthy thinking, mindfulness and relapse prevention strategies. 

  • Our group offers a safe and supportive environment for participants to connect with others who share similar experiences, reducing feelings of isolation and fostering a sense of community. 

  • A structured format with specific learning objectives, activities, and discussions led by a Certified Addictions professional.

  • The participant will gain Increased knowledge and understanding of relapse prevention science.  

  • The participant will acquire improved coping skills.

  • The participation will learn to reduce Isolation, self-loathing and better understand the root of such.

  • Group participation will empower participants to take an active role in their own recovery and encourage self-management and accountability.

  • Narcan trainings available upon request.
